No ESP (email service provider), including tinyEmail, can guarantee delivery rates. But our platform is built to encourage best practices and high delivery rates. Here are some things we do to keep our platform healthy:

Email authentication

tinyEmail uses email authentication protocols such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to prove to email providers that the emails sent are legitimate and not spam. Click to learn more about DKIM and DMARC records.

List hygiene

A list in tinyEmail is called an Audience, so it's audience health. Best practices are to not continually send to audience members who do not open and engage with your emails. This is why tinyEmail has segmentation features to find your openers and clickers.

Template optimization

tinyEmail has a library of over 600 templates. All templates are built to optimize the layout and reduce the chances of being flagged as spam. This can involve avoiding keywords or phrases commonly associated with spam emails. We also have an AI tool to help write highly effective subject lines.

Deliverability monitoring

tinyEmail provides statistics and monitoring tools to track the delivery of emails and identify any issues that may be affecting deliverability. This can allow you to take corrective action quickly and minimize any negative impact on deliverability rates.
