How can I cancel my account and prevent being billed again?

If you wish to prevent any future charges, the best way is to simply downgrade your plan to the free option from the billing plan section. Please note that downgrading will limit certain features such as segmentation and sending capacity.

Follow these easy steps to downgrade your plan to the free option:

1. Navigate to the "Billing Plan" section.

2. Click on the "Downgrade" option in the billing plan section.

Once your account is successfully downgraded to the free plan, you will no longer incur any charges.

Cancelling Your Account Permanently
If you want to permanently cancel your account, please follow these steps:

  1. Reach out to the tinyEmail support team with a request to cancel your account. Please include the reason for cancellation.

  2. Once your request is processed, your account will be deleted permanently from our backend systems.

Please be aware that after the cancellation, you won't be able to use the same email address to sign up or log in to the tinyEmail account.
