How Can I Cancel My Account and Prevent Being Billed Again?

Downgrade the plan or contact support

The best way to prevent future charges is to downgrade your plan to the free option. You can make that change in the Plans & Billing section. (see below). Please note that downgrading limits certain features such as segmentation and sending capacity.

Or, you could cancel the account outright, though I hope not.

Downgrading to the free plan

Go to the bottom left corner of the dashboard and click the account icon. In the popup, select Plans & Billing. A new page displays. Click the Change plan button.

On the Select your plan page, go to the Free column and click the Downgrade button. Once your account is successfully downgraded to the free plan, you will no longer incur any charges.

Cancelling your account permanently

To cancel your account forever and ever, follow these steps:

  1. Reach out to the tinyEmail support team with a request to cancel your account. Include the reason for cancellation.

  2. Your account is permanently deleted from our backend systems once we process the request.

After account cancellation, you won't be able to use the same email address to sign up or log in to a tinyEmail account.
