Will my subs get over-messaged?

If you manage multiple audience lists or segments, the same email address could appear on more than one list. Is that bad? Will the subscriber be bombarded with the same campaign message? Will you get reported as a spammer?

I'm happy to answer "No, no, and no." Here's why.

tinyEmail's built-in safety feature

tinyEmail only sends to unique subscribers. So, if the same customer email is part of different lists or segments, tinyEmail only sends the campaign once to each unique subscriber.

That's it.

Now you know why duplicate email addresses in multiple audiences won't cause spam or unsub problems.
