CRMs or Customer Relationship Managers are at the heart of your business and tinyEmail connects to the world's most popular CRMs seamlessly so you can more effectively communicate with your customers and prospects. Here's how you can integrate with Salesforce, ZohoCRM and Hubspot.
Here's how you can integrate tinyEmail with your CRM:
Integrate Salesforce with tinyEmail
Log in to your tinyEmail account and navigate to the Integrations section. From here, search for Salesforce in the list of integrations and add it by clicking on the "+" icon and then enable it by clicking on the activate toggle.
Click on the "Yes, Continue" button on the integration confirmation pop-up. You will be redirected to the Salesforce login portal. Type in your admin username and password and click on the "Login" button.
As a final step, click on the "Allow" button on the "Allow Access" confirmation screen. And that's it, you have successfully integrated Salesforce with tinyEmail.
Integrate ZohoCRM with tinyEmail
In the Integrations section, search for ZohoCRM in the list of integrations and add it by clicking on the "+" icon and then enable it by clicking on the activate toggle.
Click on the "Yes, Continue" button on the integration confirmation pop-up. You will be redirected to the ZohoCRM login portal. Type in your admin username and password and click on the "Next" button.
As a final step, click on the "Accept" button on the confirmation screen. And that's it, you have successfully integrated ZohoCRM with tinyEmail.
Integrate Hubspot with tinyEmail
In the Integrations section, search for Hubspot in the list of integrations and add it by clicking on the "+" icon. On the confirmation pop-up, click on "Apply". You will be taken to the third-party integration service Zapier to complete the rest of the setup.
On Zapier, either start with the recommended integration template which syncs new contacts with tinyEmail, or set up a custom trigger.
From here, you will be asked to log into your Hubspot account. After doing that, you will be asked to confirm which Hubspot account you would like to connect with tinyEmail. If you have multiple accounts associated with your login, please make sure to select the right one.
Next, you will have to connect tinyEmail with Zapier. If you have set up a Zapier integration with tinyEmail before, your account should already be connected. If not, click on connect and log in with your tinyEmail username (your email address) and password and accept the access request.
Confirm your connection and template on the next step and once ready, click on "Turn on Zap". That's all, you have successfully connected Hubspot to tinyEmail.
